A country located at latitude 0° of the planet, where different regions and cultures converge. In this small territory of natural and cultural diversity are ancestral indigenous communities settled in the Andes mountain range, over 2,500 meters high, in the Amazon, and along the equatorial Pacific. Hundreds of families of artisans who, for generations, have forged the identity and future of this people with their hands.

Our brand reflects this ancestral culture. A company nourished by Ecuador's artisanal tradition and by raw materials of origin to craft fine products that are the essence of this land. Each of our products is unique and carefully handmade, blending high-quality raw materials with our designs thanks to the collaboration of the finest artisans from the country's different regions.

ORIGIN

The legacy of two families

One embodies the love and tradition of artisanal work and trade. The other built a bridge between America and Europe, exporting cocoa and coffee in the early 20th century.

Today, the products that carry our name travel thousands of kilometers to reach different cities across Europe and Asia. Through this work, Gavilani carries a part of Ecuador's rich heritage and history to the world.

Between Quito, Madrid, and Verona

After several years training at the finest universities in Spain and Italy, its founder decided to create Gavilani. A brand inspired by her experiences in Europe to offer Ecuadorian products with high-quality designs and finishes.

Recognizing the generosity of nature and the creative skill behind impressive craftsmanship, she gathered the finest raw materials and gave them an exclusive finish and design, opening a new door for the world to discover Ecuador's rich heritage.
