This Privacy Policy describes how Gavilanez Group ("Gavilani", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.gavilani.com (the "Site").

1. Information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We also collect information about the pages you view and how you interact with the Site.
When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

Gavilani operates from Ambato, Ecuador, with a distribution partner in Verona, Italy. Your information may be processed and stored in either location, or by service providers in other countries — including the United States, where Google processes Google Analytics data — always subject to appropriate safeguards required under applicable data protection law and in line with this Privacy Policy.

8. Children
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons.
